• Sessions are conducted via Zoom; a recording will be provided within 24-48 hours after the consultation.
• Should any issues arise (no-shows, technical difficulties), we offer specific refund and rescheduling options outlined in our terms and conditions.

• Consultations are voice calls via Zoom.
• Policies for no-shows or technical issues include options for partial refunds or rescheduling.
• A Zoom link for the consultation will be shared within 24 hours after receiving payment.
• For cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the consultation date, a refund is available, with a deduction of a $25 cancellation fee. However, last-minute cancellations are not permitted, and the full consultation fee will be forfeited. In case of any emergency, we offer rescheduling options.

RETURN & REFUND POLICIES: In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their requests and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation for shopping orders, must be made at least seven 7 business days from purchase date. Requests received later than seven 7 business days from purchase date period will be treated as confirmed purchase.
REFUND POLICY We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The final refunds will be made after deducting the Service Tax and the Hourly charges for the work completed by us. If paid by PayPal, refunds will be issued to the same PayPal account provided at the time of purchase and in case of Bank remittances, payments refund will be made to the same account the payment was made from( deductibles as applicable)

This is a live reading, a one on one call, we will be in contact via e-mail to schedule a reading by using Zoom Sessions can still be done via your computer or phone, and best of all, you do not need to register for an Zoom account or download any software.

How do I use zoom for my session? Immediately after you have booked your session, you will receive an email receipt which will include a 9 digit PIN code-ZOOM LINK that will be required to access the private conference room. To start your session, simply visit: You will be send a link which you will use to enter the session. The session will be recorded and would sent to you so that you can hear it later again, so please provide a valid e-mail to receive the link and the post-session recording.
